Good Things Support
Need help with reminders, Face ID lock, exports, or a saved entry? Email the developer and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Common fixes
- For reminders, check iOS Settings, Notifications, Good Things.
- For Face ID lock, make sure Face ID or device passcode is enabled on the device.
- For exports, choose a destination from the iOS share sheet after the files are created.
- For deleting data, open Settings in Good Things and use Delete all data.
